I'm sure! I think they and the mirrors lighten up the room and are a great contrast for the heavier dark furniture. Very pretty.

If there is one thing I have discovered, it is that "finished" is a relative term. Can't wait to see!

Oh Kellie, that's the truth. I am definitely ready to get at least one project finished but things around here seem to be in a constant state of flux.

Linelle, That was exactly what I thought when I turned the first lamp on for the first time. I had to have a lamp that gave adequate light for reading in bed. I loved the "Laura" Kinzig lamp but it only could accommodate 60watt bulbs and I need at least 100 watt. I want a pretty room but it has to be functional and these lamps fit the bill.

Just lovely, holly-kay! The lamps were the perfect touch and made everything look so fresh and new. The brighter light even brings out more of the blue in the bedding.

They look great! I like being able to read in bed, as well. I put a three-way touch switch on mine so that I can dim them when not reading and turn them off easily when I start dozing :)
