They are in the middle. The cats must sit on top of the couch and paw at them. :(

Hunter Douglas is a great company, I had problem with my rod for my silhouette, they sent me a new one. Give them a call, they may want you to send a picture, but if it can be repaired they will tell you. Good luck hope they can be repaired.

I just had the same problem but I think it was a bird my cat brought in. The blinds are only 2 yrs old. We're you able to get the holes repaired?

Were you able to fix your hole in the shade....my cats did the same thing...brought in a bird.....I checked with Home Depot where I got them and they said I would have to get a new one.... Problem is there are 3 separate Windows , a large casement and 2 smaller ones on each side of the large window and if Order a new one the lot color may be different.... Not sure what to do
