The original Pinterest attribution is to Blackband Design which has a .com web site. I don't see the picture on that web site any longer, but you could contact them and see if they would tell you the source of the bed.

So far I checked Ralph Lauren, Henredon, Drexel Heritage, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Bernhardt, Lexington, Tommy Bahama, Century, Rooms to Go, and American Signature & Bassett. Close but not exact. Your bed may not be made any longer, so you might need to decide what features are most important to you. Most bed posts are segmented, so you can put up only what you prefer.
