Well... one way is to simply bookmark them (or save to favorites) using your browser menu at the top, but it will only be available as long as it is online.

I'm not sure if there is another way, but if there is you will surely get your answer here.

If I'm using Internet Explorer to view a site:
1. Click "File" (on the top left)
2. Click "Save As..."
3. File name: Type whatever name you want to call the page
4. Save as type: click the arrow and select "Web Archive, single file (*.mht) ***This part is critical***
5. Click the Save button on the right and you should be all set, no worries about expiring pages and all the info and pics will be in one file smaller than if you copied it all to a word file.

Firefox:
1. Click "File" (on the top left)
2. Click "Save Page As..."
3. File name: Type whatever name you want to call the page
4. Save as type: "Web Page, complete" (should be the first choice)
5. Then Click the Save button

I just tried this and it works great; what would be a way to edit the thread, once I've saved it; copy and paste it in Word ?

I'd want to return to it and edit out what I don't need and make an info document out of it, for example in conversations, there was a thread about books suggestions, I copied and pasted the thread and put it in my email drafts, then I edited out the conversations parts and only kept the book titles and authors.

I guess I could copy and paste the whole thread and do that also; but your way of saving it as an archive is faster.

Thanks so much for the info, everyone. I don't know why it didn't occur to me to save the threads to my computer...duh! I was only thinking of bookmarking them or using the clip post feature. It seems so obvious now! Thanks again
