If you've had combination cellular shades, I'd love your feedback. I'm thinking about them for a south-facing bedroom bay window. We like it dark at night, but I'd like the room lighter during the day--filtered south sun, not beating in. So I'm thinking about a combination shade with midnight/blackout at the bottom, and light filtering on top. My concerns are....with a 63" tall window, will I dislike the stack of the opaque blind at the bottom (stacking probably 6") during the day? Anything else I should consider?
I've also considered doing dual roller blinds--with an opaque in back and a more decorative light filtering in front. Ideas, anyone??
