Need really quick advice

I am taking my mom to the airport in an hour and will be near the fabric outlets in Dallas. Since I need 12 yards to make curtains, I want to see what I can find there. My dining room, under destruction right now is wythe blue and white with dark wood floors and furniture. I need to cover the windows for privacy at night only but want light to come in. I have looked at hundreds of pictures of rooms done in Wythe blue (and I thought I was original lol) but almost all of them have bare windows or shutters. Any suggestions of fabrics that would look good with that color scheme? My thoughts were a linen type fabric either plain or a light beige on beige print? I have heavy dark green drapes now so it is hard to envision. I'm pretty traditional in style - almost colonial. Thanks so much.
