Freedom rail looks a lot like elfa, but with more components like the shoe cubbies and cupboard doors. Elfa is amazingly strong, so if it's anything like that it should be just fine.

Organized living used to be a brick and mortar in my town. I have had the freedom rail closet systems in two of my closets for almost ten years. They are amazingly strong and very easy to install. You can't go wrong with it!

divastyle beat me to it. I used to love going to the Organized Living store. Although you wouldn't know it from the current Organized Living website, Schulte made a ventilated shelving line of products, and also made storage and organization products for companies like Elfa and under the OL brand, among other things. When OL went bankrupt, Schulte obtained the rights to the name. They adopted it as their corporate name a year or so ago--if I have things straight.
