The kitchen is such an important room in the house because you spend a lot of time in there. Color evokes feeling and you want to feel happy and energized in the kitchen.

Don't forget that any color is going to look different in the store, and on the swatch than it will in your home because of lighting. The way the light hits the color is ultimately what affects how our eye will see it. If you love the color but don't love the way it is showing in your home, try changing out the light bulbs. You can try the Reveal lights for a truer, more white light. Some light bulbs cast a yellow light and florescent lighting can put put a completely different spin on it.

My Kitchen is BM Arctic Shadows - It is a perfect gray green - not too warm not too cool. I get TONS of compliments on it. Here is the link to my kitchen.
