I used this co....Blindsgalore.com....and they were great. I made a big mistake and they helped me correct it and were very patient. I would use them again. I see they have a sale ending tomorrow...but they always have sales so don't feel you have to order today if you use them.

I had exactly what you are talking about when I had oak trim in an oak kitchen. I had separate blinds with a divider because they were separate windows but side by side in my breakfast room.

The installer made two separate blinds inset into the windows and at the top he made a header that went all the way across. I don't have any pictures that I can easily retrieve, but I had what you are talking about and it looked very good. That was about 15 years ago but I can say it looked nice.

I am not sure where those pictures are but I do have some. I will ask my DIL if she will post if she finds. She is now the matriarch of family pictures. I had them also over my kitchen windows and at my back door.

I have 3 blinds on a triple double hung window. Faux wood from Lowes. Ours were special order about $300(not sure???) for 5 windows. Also you can get Levolor custom size now faux and real wood blinds at Lowes. I did not price the blinds but the shades are excellent prices.
