Dining chairs like this?

Have you ever seen/know where to purchase?

The Ebay seller indicates that they are from a closed restaurant. "created by Didier Bendelier of Kyerlos in Paris for the Bouley Restaurant in 2008." and has rejected my full price offer for 2 chairs. I don't get hits on any of those names when I try a search.

I've also tried "dining club chair" and "dining game chair" and gone through the Baker catalog and some restaurant seating sites.

I don't believe that Bouley has closed. You can view photos of their dining rooms online.

Not exactly the same, but similar, these are the chairs in David Bouley's restaurant:

I wonder if the vertical member of the arm is a later addition to the design.

I can see the cantilevered arms of those chairs breaking or loosening over time because of people repeatedly putting their full weight on them to hoist themselves up
