A couple of months ago, I asked this talented and helpful group whether to paint the doors and shutters of a rental property we had just bought. The feedback I got was mixed, some saying not to paint them since they were in good condition and others mildly encouraging it. We did end up painting the door and shutters black. I thought I'd update you. Here is the before and next picture will be the after.
