Do I have to use a blue/gray paint with this comforter?

| I have decided to paint our master bedroom BM ashley gray. Today, we bought this comforter thinking it would look good with the new color:

Now I'm thinking it is going to clash since the ashley gray has more brown/green undertones. Do I need to choose a different gray to go with this comforter? Any suggestions? |

| The purple can work with brown/green undertones -- it's the grey you're going to have to check out. No way you can tell that from a photo on a computer monitor. |

| I would suggest not painting your wall to match a comforter. It should be the other aw around, unless you like to paint. Bedding wears out. I'm one of those who changes bedding for winter and summer, so no way will I paint. Accessories like rugs etc. can bring your colors together. |
