Hi, don't know if anyone remembers, but I posted about a month ago, wondering what to do with my dining room floor.

I had a bunch of samples of hardwood, and didn't know which to choose, so in the end, we went with Bamboo for it's price, and color, as it was the lightest, which was what we wanted.

You also gave me suggestions for the bead board on the wall, a few said to paint it, and some said to rip it out. So in the end, we painted it, as tearing it out would have involved more work than we wanted to do.

So now, I finally have a finished room, actually, it's been done about a two weeks now, and I'm happy with the results, as it feels so much lighter and fresher now!
