What kind of room is it? Bedroom? Loving room? What time of day do you spend the most time there?

East/north light, so light in the morning, less natural light after noon, right?

A bedroom. Don't spend much time there....get up in the morning, go to bed at night, but want it to look pretty during the day. Much less natural light after noon.

I mentioned blue grey in the other thread. However, in my house the room with the blue grey primarily gets north/northeastern sun with a sliver of southwestern sun in the evening coming through from another room. I will post a picture tomorrow morning. It is connected to a room painted pigeon that gets southwestern sun in the evenings.

Oh wow, that Azores is gorgeous and would be beautiful in the less-light time of day!

For a lighter, beachier, airier color that is great to wake up to in the bright eastern light, look at SW Sea Salt.

Are there fabrics in there that you want to coordinate with the walls?

Here is my dining room (currently being used as a play room) painted in F and B's Blue Grey (color matched by Sherwin Williams). It has north/northeastern exposure. This picture was taken this morning.

I have BM Palest Pistachio in an east facing bedroom. It looks more blue than green in that room.

We are currently working in our east facing bedroom and painted it SW rainwashed. Really love the color a lot! Walls were almost dry in these pics, accounts for the blotches.

kitchendetective: I'm just going to do ivory or white--probably ivory--quilt, shams, curtains. Old Statton Cherry furniture, pale colored oriental rug with some blues in it.
