Cross post from home building - raised or recessed panels?

We are building a traditional style home and going for more of an older home, timeless style. Red brick 2-story with very symmetrical design. Trying to be consistent within reason (where budget allows). So we're struggling with whether to go with raised panel or recessed panels. And whether we need to be consistent in ALL choices.
Front door - raised 4 panel door with divided light sidelights and spiderweb transom

Garage doors - recessed panel doors with divided light windows on top

Interior doors - raised 5 panel solid core doors (although we had wanted recessed panel doors but they were much more expensive bc these raised panel are considered "stock" vs the recessed panel doors were considered "custom")

Kitchen cabinets - orig we wanted a simple (but not Shaker simple) recessed panel doors but now we are wondering if we should go with a simple raised panel to match the doors??

We want a traditional elegant style home with simple and non-trendy styles so is that better suited to raised panel or recessed panel, or can it be an item by item decision and not need to all be the same?? Other consideration is that any wall paneling we will add later will be recessed panel bc that is within my husbands carpentry skills.
