If you find a solution then let me know. I have yet to find a LED light that like to replace GE halogen floods. The 5000 is too blue, the 2700, too yellow. Plus something about the light quality feels dingy.

Interesting...I like the 2700k LEDs...they are a lot whiter than the CFLs I have now, but not too blue.

Are you able to shop on amazon? They carry 3000k bulbs....

I can do Amazon, just scared they won't work and I'll be stuck with lights I hate because they are too bright, or something.

Maybe I'll try these. 3000 K, non dimmable, easy to return if they don't work.

The other option is dimmable but brighter 11.5 watts, and my fixtures need 3 each, so I don't think I need this much light, then I'd have to buy a dimmer switch. My upgrade is costing more and more!

Sigh, or they just have LED fixtures at Costco for $40, maybe I should have done that! They seemed to have a delay for starting for some reason.

Do you have another location where you might use the single bulb? If so, just buy one and try it. We did that...ended up not liking the first one so we moved it to another location and bought 3 we did like.

I just bought some 2700K CFLs for now. I'll keep on with my search, but I'm in no rush now. Thanks.
