A nice century farm home

Saw this home come on the market yesterday and thought some of you might enjoy the interior photos. This is a century farm home in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia. Most recently a Percheron farm, I believe. I think the renovations were pretty sensitive and I enjoyed the public rooms especially.

They don't make much of it but the views from the property would be awesome as well, something like this perhaps:

We're looking for a vacation home in the area...almost wish I wasn't so set on lakefrontage...

It is lovely! The only thing I dont like is the tile in the kitchen and baths. I wonder if the wood floors are under there.

ohhhh, it's wonderfulll! And in beautiful Nova Scotia too. DH & I biked Cape Breton Island several years ago, and we fell in love with the area. We loved Halifax too.

Really cool! I hate that weird bendy kitchen island, but it would be worth changing for such a neat place.
