| Hello! also posted this in paint forum. Purchased a home that needs some updating. Any ideas for paint colors w/this type room? Surely there are others out there w/the 1960's knotty pine den? :-) The room is small - 12x14, and there is a window paned door on the other side of the FP, that gives some more light. Otherwise, it's just 3 more walls of knotty pine, pine, pine. We are going to pull up the carpet and refinish & stain the oak floors a deep brown - kind of walnut mocha. I'm leaning towards a light color, but truly have little experience. Any ideas or advice is much appreciated! |
