I was going to suggest maybe an ivory color but then I saw the picture LOL. I really like the tile. A "robin egg blue" color, or "silvery light blue" color might be nice. Lime would be very cool, but may be too trendy if you arent looking for that shock value. I think alot of colors could end up working with that brown tile. oranges, yellows, reds... Good luck!

I agree that the brown tile is lovely. If you are going to paint the walls, the color should stay on the "cool" side, and a light color because the room is small. In addition to the light blue, I would suggest a light turquoise. I have a brown suit that has a pale pink trim - that would work, too.

To help you decide, I suggest pulling from the kids closet the colors you are contemplating, and hanging them in the bath to see how each color looks.
