My DD's boyfriend is here sanding my stair rail so that I can gel stain it this weekend. I have hated the pale wood rail since the day I met this house--- and it is about to BE GONE. The same young man has already completed some other sanding/painting tasks around here, and I am forbidding DD from breaking up with him!
