Help with size of chandeliers for master BR!

Our house has been under construction for 16 months now, as we added a full dormer to a ranch house. We are just about ready to move upstairs to begin demo'ing the entire downstairs, but we have to install the last of our lighting first. The master BR is odd-shaped (basically an 'L') and is in the front of the house. There is a large window in the center of the room that looks like a center hall from the outside. Our plan is to put a chandelier there (the ceiling is vaulted to approx 13') so it does appear as a center hall. The large chandelier will also be over our bed. I will post pics below of the area and the window. In addition, we have a 3-sided turret that will serve as a sitting area in the 'L' part of the room. The ceiling is 8' and we would like either a chandelier or a flush mount chandelier in that area as well, so I need help with the sizing there as well. I was told that I can't really go more than 16" in height. Sorry for the large and many pictures!!! (descriptions of each is under the pic)

Where large chandelier will hang from

Window in front of large chandelier

Another view where large chandelier will hang from

View from turret area looking at where large chandelier will be

Another view where large chandelier will hang (electric is moveable)

Turret area where small chandelier will be

More distant view of turret area

View from where large chandelier will be looking towards where small chandelier will be

By the way, all the walls/moldings are painted now:-)
