A shot-in-the-dark Wegmans question

I love stopping there for lunch on one of my days off -- the variety at the "hot bar" is good, and I think there was only one time I wasn't crazy about a dish, but -- yes -- the price of lunch there can be high!

Today I was at the Prince William County, Va., location and had an Asian dish that I remember had Thai and chicken in the name; I can't recall what they named it. White-meat chicken (kind of like Gen. Tso's -- breaded/fried, not an A+ healthy dish, but yummy), with red bell pepper and green bell pepper. Anybody know what this is called? The sauce wasn't a deep red curry-kind of sauce. It had just a bit of tang, not mouth-burning.

I've had it at the Wegmans in the Fairfax area, too, and I'm sure I'll be in that neighborhood in a couple of weeks (no WAY am I going during the holidays, because it gets so crazy!), but just in case anybody can suggest what kind of recipe keywords I can Google to find something similar, I'd appreciate it!
