I have ordered several times from One Kings Lane and have always been pleased. I placed an order at OKL at the beginning of November for Christmas decor that I wanted to give as a gift in the beginning of December when it was supposed to arrive. Never has come and had not even shipped, so I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order. I figured it was simply an exercise in venting my frustration and OKL would tell me how sorry they were, but alas, they could not cancel.

How wrong I was! This is part of the response I received from Peter: "I wanted to confirm that the order has been cancelled. We're very sorry for the frustration. You won't be charged. Any pending charge will expire soon if it hasn't already."

In addition, they gave me a credit. I am a fan for life and just thought I would pass my amazing experience along in case anyone wonders about whether or not to shop here.
