I would use those for going out to dinner, but not standing on my feet doing the touristy things you would do while on vacation.
I can actually where my Mammoth crocs for many hours while shopping, but haven't tried them from morning to night.

Yes, $275 is a bit pricy, and friends tell me they aren't really suitable for trekking about for hours on a weeklong trip. Probably true of all ballet type. I'll stick to sturdier sandals like my Merrill's . Thanks all.

I have some flexible Clarks that are very wear-all-day-traveling-comfortable. I hesitate to call then crushable as they do have some substance to them but they are bendy.
