Oh Shee - I did have some but not on this computer. Try googling. I know I've seen them on several blogs. One I still go by (and I just do it by memory now) showed rounding off the corners - use a small plate or lid - and it makes a big difference. Looks so much better than the sharp pointed ends. I had to find a tutorial recently for piping on a pillow! New pillows, etc. will be going in the great room this weekend along with the Christmas decs!

Those still aren't quite what I'm looking for ther front. I'll have to look around more. I'm not sure what it's called. I want the fold/envelope part on the front but I don't want it to actually open. A fake fold. I want the finished look to be similar to these Pottery Barn pillows.

The plaid houndstooth I was going to use is discontinued. I have another small pattern fabric picked I plan to make pillows with. It's on backorder right now.

Sheesh I don't have time now, as I should already be in bed, but the easiest way to do the fake fold over pillow is to make one length of the pillow enough longer to make the fake flap. If you want the flap to be one inch then add two inches to that side.
Fold the pillow with wrong sides together and sew a line down one inch from fold. When open you'll have your fake flap.
I did this on a child size apron I made awhile back so the flaps could be unstitched as the child grew taller.
