Need a little Telluride Get-away place?

Just read that Tom Cruise has his Telluride house for sale. Better grab it now. Only $59M and it's yours!! Of course it comes with 298 acres of prime national forest land and the views are killer. We love skiing Telluride and I knew he had a place there but didn't realize how far out it really was from town. He was in town once when we were there and there were a lot of sightings. I really didn't care.

Oprah had a place there at one time and her home was pointed out to us after it sold. Beautiful spot but it was near one of the ski runs. Don't blame her for selling it.

If I were to dream of buying a home in Colorado that once belonged to a celebrity, it would be Dan Fogelberg's home. It sits on almost 600 acres. According to the link the price is one third of what it originally was listed for. That tells you something about the economy when even those with money aren't snapping up this beautiful estate.

Oh my gosh, that home near Pagosa Springs is beautiful! And 'only' $6M! I thought it a bit odd there weren't many photos of the interior rooms of TC's house. I can understand maybe some of the more private rooms but not even one of the kitchen.

I thought that odd there wasn't interior photos on TC's house too. I mean it's for sale.
I wish I had six mil to spare. I'd buy Dan's house up in a heart beat. Heck even if it wasn't as beautiful, Fogelberg composed and recorded songs there!

I'm also short the 6 mil for Dan's house, but that's ok. And when I have an extra few million I will buy a place in the Caribbean so I can miss some of winter in NY.
