I use Biotics Research Corporation - Bio Multi Plus. It's balanced and easily absorbed. This is the main brand my chiropractor/kinesiologist uses and has helped me greatly.

I honestly don't trust a lot of vitamins. Side note - not to get into debate, but the studies that say vitamins are bad for you and you can get everything you need from the food you eat... I'd like to know what vitamins they tested since they're not all created equal.

Tina, I think you can take them back if they're not opened. I, too, have a problem with caffeine but I asked the pharmacist and he said the amount is so little that it wouldn't harm me. A cup of regular coffee puts my heart into palpatations but the vitamins didn't so the pharmacist was right.

Tina, I believe CVS will let you return them, even opened, if you are not pleased with an item.
