What can I do?

I purchased a gown from Nordstrom through the web site with my credit card in May and sent it back since I didn't like it. I received an email May 27th.saying they received the return and they credited my account. I checked my bank account several times over the past week and the credit has not showed up. I called Nordstrom they say it's been credited and when I call the bank they say they haven't received a credit from them and that any credits show up immediately. How should I handle this?
