Do you use the ones that are plastic with some sort of gel inside that you can refrigerate? My eyes have felt so tired lately (late nights, too much time on the computer...) that maybe I'll try one, but which kind? (Or is it the heating type I should try?)

I'd probably use it both at home and at work (sneaking into the ladies' room for a few minutes!).

I don't necessarily like the idea of having a piece of plastic on my face, but since I don't have anybody who will bring me warmed cloths or chilled cloths...
