Yes, I saw it and the very first thing I thought (after my heart stopped swelling) was HOW did they get that adorable little girl to make that face? It should win an award, it's got such amazing tug-at-the-heartstings quality.

I'm so glad you posted this! I was going to when I first saw it because I fell in love with her. That brief expression speaks volumes. I rewind and watch it 2 or 3 times every time I come across it.

The dog one is almost painful to watch, but I like it too.

I love the Lab one too. Reminds me of my Granddog who passed away a few years ago. Subaru makes some good dog commercials.

I just don't know how they got such a little girl to play that role in such an understated, impactful way....

She also has that almost-imperceptible nervous shake to her little body.

It's right at that moment after she says "yeah" and looks back down and away--she is so adorable, but so real. It just kills me every time.

Every time I see this commercial I smile. That little girl is so precious I just want to reach in the TV and squeeze her.
