perle cotton what are the different sizes?

I posted one on floss I should of posted it on perle cotton.
I want to outline a applique and I want it pretty thick can you tell me the sizes please in perle cotton. Thanks |

| DMC Pearl cotton comes in #3, #5, #8, and #12, with #3 being the thickest and #12 being the thinnest. |
