Faye,
Go to the very bottom of this page and click on Member Services and several choices will come up. You should be able to do it there.

Hi Sally...at the bottom of "this page"-> my page, there is no "membership services" to be found..:(
Maybe I will simply click on the "Contact Us".... surely this will get me somewhere...lol
