chart photo copying

For years I have paid to have my charts enlarged at my local Staples store, here in N.S, Canada. However today, I was informed they no longer will do provide this service.... due to the copyright laws. I treid to explain that we x-stitchers are permitted to do so, if for our own use only....but still Staples would not bend. Can anyone tell me who still provides this service? I need the copier/enlarger, to be colour enabled. I am in the Hfx/Dartmouth area of NS.

Please email me at my NEW address...tcskitten@hotmail.com

Thank you to all who can help me here.
Faye

I go to the local UPS store , which used to be a Mailboxes store. They do it here. Try the local library also. If you know someone who works in a office or school maybe they could help
