missing color code Thunder Ridge

| Hello, I am looking for the color code numbers for the Dimensions Gold Collection pattern Thunder Ridge-3 horses running along during a storm. I was 2/3 done, put it away for awhile, and now can't find my colors. I have the pattern and a conversion chart, but not the long Dimensions codes to look up the DMC I use. Does anyone possibly have these numbers?
