Looking for Carollers by Lamplight kit

Hi - I'm new here, and I'm looking for a Christmas stocking kit. In the back of the July/August 1993 issue of Cross Stitch and Country Crafts, there is a Christmas stocking kit called Carollers by Lamplight. I would love to get ahold of this kit, but have been unable to locate it. Contact information listed in the magazine is outdated. Does anyone know where I might be able to locate this kit?
