| Please, please, please...I am desperately seeking the chart from this kit!
It was listed in the Country Shopper sections of Cross Stitch & Country Crafts Jul/Aug 1992 and BH&G's Creative Ideas Cross-Stitch Christmas Christmas 1992 as "036103 Delft Christmas kit $12.47." I have not seen it for sale anywhere else or in any other year and I have no idea who the designer was. Each of the squares has a Victorian-type silhouette depicting a vignette from the 12 Days of Christmas song. Unique to this chart, Golden Rings is portrayed by a kneeling man proposing to a seated woman and Lords a'Leaping is a lad skipping over a candle. The only reference I've been able to find in my internet searches (and I have searched!!) is this picture of someone's finished project: http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/photo/1360642814071681678dtvQcb I would be willing to buy, trade for, or even borrow for a couple months if anyone has this chart. | That kit is on ebay right now brand new unopened buy it now for $15.99 with $2.07 shipping and she ships world wide so can't beat that for something out of print. If you are not in the U.S check with her first how much international shipping is. Mary |
