Question regarding PC Stitch Patterns

Posted by Agent_Meow (My Page) on

I have found a couple of patterns I am interested in on Ebay but they are computer generated patterns.
Has anyone worked on one before? Are they easier or harder than like, Dimensions type of patterns?

RE: Question regarding PC Stitch Patterns

Did the person generate their own pattern or do these patterns look familiar, like they may be available for free from the DMC site?

I would check the DMC site for anything similar shown on E-Bay. If they are, you can download the DMC site patterns for FREE. They also have a color chart list with numbers for all their current colors of threads you can print out for free.

I have PC Stitch and got the program after seeing the DMC site and free patterns....had to download the sample program to print the patterns out. You can make the patterns as easy or difficult as you would like.

Dimensions has a lot of detail work in all their kits, their kit prices reflect it, and are not for the faint of heart, a beginner, or someone who doesn't want to cope with detail work.

RE: Question regarding PC Stitch Patterns

I recently purchased a disk of computer generated charts. They are 30-40 pages long. Too Much. Check before you buy!!!
