Converting Crescent Colours to DMC

| I am trying convert Crescent Colours "La Tierra CCT-084 & Wisconsin Woods CCT-114 to DMC colors. Thank you in advance for any help provided. |

| I asked Wichelt for the conversion of these two colors plus a few more. I was told to contact www.Caron.net for this info. However it seems that would have to pay $35 for the privilege so I am going to see if I can get this info elsewhere. |
