I have just about finished a kit by stoney creek called ,O Holy Night Nativity, which has a border of twines way on top.Well I really dont want to do this border,Ihave tried,to much counting ,just wondering if anyone out there knows this pattern?I think it will look ok without it?It does have another border around which I have done.So any one done this?Ithink it will look ok with out it .What do you out there think?
Thanks in advance

RE: to do or not to do

This pattern sounds familiar, so it's probably in my magazine stack but even without looking at it, I can tell you it's fine to skip a border or replace it with one you like better or prefer to stitch. I rarely stitch something exactly the way it appears in the pattern and almost always change the borders.
