Looking for a pattern

| I started this pattern a couple of years ago and when I got rheumatoid arthritis I could no longer stitch. I put it away but now I'm feeling much better, in remission, and want to try to finish it. I think I threw away the pattern. Do any of you happen to know what book it is, have the pattern or know where I can buy it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Nancy
