Looking for chart

| I am looking for a chart for my aunt. It was listed in the Cross Stitch magazine sometime in the 80's and was headed with "Fresh Vegetables". Underneath are boxes that has "corn" "onions" "carrots" "mushrooms" "tomatoes" and "peas. If anyone has this and can send me the pattern I would be greatly appreciative. I have a picture of it if this will help!
