Click on the pattern you want - then click again to get it larger. Then you can SAVE it and be able to print it later from your saved file. I have a file called "crossstitch patterns" in My Documents where I save these patterns.

Also note - if you click on a name in the list with a + in front of it - that opens another list of patterns under that topic or designer. So there are dozens there!!
