Classic Pooh for my daughter

Posted by frosty77 (My Page) on

I have a regular Pooh bear pattern that I am trying to convert to a classic pooh design. However, by the time I am done with it, it will look too babyish for my daughter's room. I guess I need a real Classic Pooh design to do for her room. Anyone know where I can find some?

Friends of ours just did their nursery in Classic Pooh, and it was hard to find things. I did end up finding a book called "Storybook Favorites in Cross-Stitch" by Gillian Souter. I purchased mine from Half.com, so that's always a good starting place.

I also checked on ebay often and ended up buying a pattern called 100 Aker Wood from a woman in England. You may also want to check some UK-based online shops as they seem to have a better selection than American shops when it comes to Classic Pooh.

I am a classic fan as well and I have purchased all of my patterns from Ebay. I am not sure why, but England seems to have the best patterns for classic.
