Grandchildren and Teddy Bears pattern

| I am looking for a pattern that appeared in one of my Counted Cross-Stitch magazines years ago. I do not know which one as I have several different ones collected over the years. It was a picture of Teddy Bears with a saying about grandchildren and allowed the placement of names and birthdates of the grandchildren. I loaned it to my stepdaughter who never gave it back and never did make the picture. If anyone has such a pattern and would be willing to share which magazine it was found in and if I could purchase a copy, I would be grateful. |

| Were all the names on one chart with the bears or all the grandchildren on different charts? |
