cross stitch & country crafts magazine

I am desperate to find a pattern that I started some years back (afraid to say probably around 1988 or so). It was from Cross Stitch & Country Crafts magazine - date is between 1988 - 1991 - I think. It is a country sampler that has a bottom panel of a house, tree, pond with cow in it and horserider. The middle panel is the alphabet on the sides and middle contains a corn field and pumpkin patch. The top three (side by side - small panels)are of farm animals (this I have not completed). If any one knows which magazine this is from or has it for sale, please let me know!
