Cross stitched photo.....

Here is a pic I cross stitched of my granddaughter when she was a mere 3 weeks old. Please keep in mind that it is behind glass so there is some fuzziness and glare but in person the pic is great.

I'm impressed. It looks almost like a photograph.

Usually when you look at the pattern that spits out, it doesn't look right. Stitched out it does.

Thanks Stitchntime, I posted a larger pic on the gallery if you care to look at it. It does show greater detail than the thumbnail does. :)

What did you use to get such a great pattern for this. I have tried a program on my computer but it didn't come out looking so good. Matter of fact it was unrecognizable.
