OK, now you got me thinking....

If you use the round red/white bobber, you could wrap a red pipe cleaner around the top and hooked through the hook you use to attach the bobber to the line for the arms and legs. You could add a premade santa head or make one from a bead or styrofoam ball. Paint and add hair and you would have a santa bobber ornament.
