Canning Lid Shadow Box Frames

These are cute! Recycle or buy new ones..real inexpensive...and use old Christmas cards or photos and some greenery and trims, maybe beads and charms. How to's on my blog:D

We did this one year with old pictures of family members who are no longer with us. We photo copied them and lightly sprayed them an antiquing spray to age them. They looked really good.....just the picuture, no glitter or foilage. We made a memory tree for my parents.

Kudzu, those are really cute. I like how you added the extra elements to make them more dimensional. I have to tell you that I just "hate" going over to your blog---because I always spend waaaay too much time catching up on all you have been doing! thanks so much, ya'll. i really loved the rusty look to some of these. most were made with old cards, they're sturdy and easy to cut apart for dimensional pieces. but some sepia tinted photos would be such a great project here...for mother's day or valentine's(add heart charms)grandparents day, add some pretty paper or brown bag paper to the back, or another photo.
