Your ribbon, beads and sprays sound fine to me. You might want to check out the "Holidays" forum. There's a link on there to a Pinterest Christmas ideas board, or just go to Pinterest and search " Christmas Tree" .

Don't see a mention of colors, but the 3" ribbon can be twisted when draping it like regular garland to give more visual interest.

& I like to make 'icicles' from narrow ribbon using the curling type. I cut pieces 18-30 inches long & curl them against scissor blades, then drape all over the tree. Esp. pretty is smooth, shiny or metallic finish ribbon that will catch the light...

I have several different types of bead strands but I never do anything with them because they're so HEAVY! :(

I took some 3" wired ribbon and cut it into about 3 foot lengths. I crimp or curl each piece as I want and tuck it into the branches. It's easier to control/fill and everyone comments about how good it looks.

Your berry sprays should look gorgeous tucked into the tree. I've filled w/ silk poinsettias sprays and they looked very nice.

I believe in the "you can never have too much" theory of tree decorating. I'd put it all on and then step back and see. You can always remove something if it's too much. But I don't think that's ever happened yet.
