| does anyone know if you can spray something over your diamond dust once you have applied it to your decopodge piece? i purchased an ornie at a craft fair that has what im thinking is a tissue paper decopodged over a styro.ball but it has almost a 3-D effect.could it be something else ?any ideas? |
